Tier 1 Service

The Tier 1 Service applies to simple hardware procedures such as memory installation, iPod restoration, quick software consultation and installation.

Tier 2 Service

The Tier 2 Service fee is charged for every mid-level, out-of-warranty service procedure. The fee is also charged for all Tier 3 cases that the customer decides not to repair.

Tier 3 Service

This service fee covers all hardware repairs for one device or a complete solution to a single software problem.

Express Service

With Express Service, the order is processed as fast as possible. Available resources are also priorities for Express Services.

Data Recovery

The Data Recovery fee is only charged for successful data recoveries. In case of failure, the Tier 2 fee of 60 € is charged.

Quotation for Insurance Claims

The written repair cost estimate is usually required for insurance claims. The fee of the cost statement is included in the final estimate and is usually refunded by the insurance company.

Laptop Rent for Duration of Repair

We can provide a MacBook (Unibody) for the entire duration of the repair, at a fixed price. The price also includes transfering your hard-drive to the rental unit (only from a MacBook or MacBook Pro).

320 GB Hard Drive Upgrade

Includes a 320 GB drive and installation, data cloning from a working drive and Apple's hardware diagnostics.

500 GB Hard Drive Upgrade

Includes a 500 GB drive and installation, data cloning from a working drive and Apple's hardware diagnostics.

640 GB Hard Drive Upgrade

Includes a 640 GB drive and installation, data cloning from a working drive and Apple's hardware diagnostics.
